This article lists the presidents of Guinea, since the country gained independence from France in 1958 till the present day.

Under the 2020 constitution, Guinea is a unitary republic. The constitution provides for a president to serve as the head of state. The president is elected by universal suffrage for a maximum of two six-year terms. A prime minister, who is the head of government, is appointed by the president.

TERM LIMITS

As of 2021, there is a two-term limit for the president in the Constitution of Guinea. This limit has been lifted for Conté in 2001 and for Condé in 2020.
